| Abstract: | У публікації здійснено аналіз актуальних виховних викликів, з якими стикається сучасна молодь у житті гуртожитку закладу освіти. Окреслено соціально-психологічні труднощі, що виникають під час переходу до самостійного існування, впливу цифровізації суспільства, змін у системі цінностей та посилення психоемоційного навантаження. Визначено ключові напрями роботи вихователя гуртожитку в межах компетентнісного та особистісно орієнтованого підходів. Запропоновано практичні способи організації виховної діяльності з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій розвитку освіти. |
| Description: | This publication analyses the current educational challenges faced by today’s young people in the dormitory life of an educational institution. It outlines the socio-psychological difficulties arising from the transition to independent living, the impact of the digitalisation of society, changes in the value system, and the increasing psychological and emotional strain. The key areas of work for a dormitory tutor within the framework of competence-based and person-centred approaches are identified. Practical methods for organising educational activities are proposed, taking into account current trends in the development of education. |
